How do I specify the pages?

'2' means page 2 and '5-7' means pages 5 to 7. Separate multiple entries with commas (e.g. 1, 4-6).

What if I delete every page?

That can't be saved. At least one page must remain.

Can I get deleted pages back?

Your original file is untouched — a new file is saved, so you can always redo it.
